April 14 – Everything Short of Perfection

By April 15, 2019 No Comments

Expectations.  A crowd of thousands shout hosanna and lay their palm branches at the feet of Jesus as he rides into Jerusalem balancing humility and power on a donkey’s colt.  Don’t you wonder what they expected in the days to come?  Perfection is the enemy of Improvement, of Better-ment. Of Transformation.  This Sunday, we’ll follow the cross-borne footsteps of our Suffering Savior, reframing his life and ours as everything short of perfection. (Luke 19:28-38)
